Videos on how to build up our teen or young adult’s self-esteem and what to do to build a bridge not a barrier with our big kids as we are trying to do this in the most HEALTHY way possible when perhaps our kid won’t come out of their room.

(sprinkled with lots of humor and a boatload of hope) with regulating emotions, following our inner compass, creating a healthy mindset, loving ourselves in the middle of the mayhem, setting healthy boundaries through mental health struggles, staying engaged in the normal pushback of these years and even navigating kids who are neuro-divergent and not losing your mind in the process.
