As a mom, I often find myself questioning if I am the only one struggling while balancing the teen years and all that comes along with it. There are many dynamics, on any given day, from fostering friendships to letting go of toxic friends, the world of dating, academic pressure and college applications, navigating social media, bullying, the pressure of sports and activities and lots more. But I have realized moms raising teens often stop sharing and talking, for the privacy of their child, but then internally struggle while navigating this time and often feel alone on their journey.

This is why Hang in there, Mama began!

It began to let moms know they are not alone and to share, with transparency, the beautiful yet brutal moments of raising teens. My hope is for you to find comfort within these pages, as you raise your teens.

So as I cheer you on, through the joys and hardships, may you also begin to offer yourself some grace.
